the core of tulpamancy is that expectations shape your experience. It’s not that you are doing exercises and it just pops up at one point, it’s a process of changing your mindset first which will make it possible for you to have an expectation of having someone else to be in your head
current society makes it challenging for some people because mindset of most people says that it’s impossible and for them it can be a long process to shed off that mindset, but it can be a beautiful self growth journey nonetheless

important part about having a tulpa is to feel the presence of them, i could send you a link to practice i shared some time ago that goes straight to that and usually it makes development of tulpas much quicker for people
I was actually doing it wrong and it still worked.
I was spinning it in circles and using the long part of the ellipse for yes/no.
If it kept in circles its whatever/i dont know.
I believe you are suposed to keep it still.
Luminesce: If your disorder involves difficulty understanding what is real and what is only in your mind, you should stop practicing tulpamancy. Schizophrenia is the most common example. General psychosis too(edited)
we cant give you proper advice without knowing what the disorder is

As I said, if you experience psychosis that is not good with tulpamancy
